Quotations for Living

I started reading and remembering quotes as a child when I started reading the Bible.  Then as I grew older I enjoyed reading the quotes in Reader’s Digest, then on the back page of Forbes.  Quotes to me are the little gems you find that get you to stop and think.  There are some quotes I read and my thought is no that isn’t how I believe.  Then there are quotes that say yes, this person thinks and believes as I do, and they have stated what I too believe.  I have many people that I enjoy their quotes, Zig Ziglar, Mark Twain, President Theodore Roosevelt, President Ronald Reagan, to name a few.

Below are some quotes some are my own, some are random and anonymous.  They are here for your encouragement and in a small way to give you insight into what I believe, and how I strive to conduct myself each day.
